What size should I get for my turbo blanket?
Measure the width of the exhaust housing's back. If your measurement is between two turbo blanket sizes, choose the smaller one for a snug fit or the larger one for a looser fit. Most people choose a looser fit.

~45mm = T25 exhaust blanket
~55mm = T3 exhaust blanket
~75mm = T4 exhaust blanket
~100mm = T6 exhaust blanket

Can I use a turbo blanket on an exhaust housing with an integrated wastegate?
Yes, it’s fine.
Just avoid a blanket that's too tight to prevent it from rubbing as the wastegate moves.

My turbo blanket is tearing
Once the exhaust wrap / turbo blanket has been heated, the fibers harden. This makes the material prone to breaking if bent. So, avoid mounting and removing your turbo blanket unnecessarily.
