A few decades ago, the most critical electronic components in a race car were the ignition coil and distributor. Today, race cars are equipped with advanced engine management systems, braking systems, paddle shifters, data loggers, radios, electric pumps, fans, and lighting. Each component must be controlled at the right time, and it is crucial that all systems have protection to prevent damage or fire.
Traditionally, fuses and relays have been used to manage these functions, but they come with several disadvantages, such as complicated wiring harnesses, sensitivity to vibrations and temperature changes, and difficulties with diagnostics.
These challenges can be effectively addressed with our intelligent power management unit (PMU). Our latest PMU unit represents the latest in technology and offers 16 high-current outputs to power lighting, fans, pumps, and more. It ensures constant voltage monitoring and short-circuit protection on all channels, completely eliminating the need for fuses and relays.

OUTPUTS:
- High-current outputs: 10 x 25A (continuous), 6 x 15A (continuous) with overcurrent and
- overheating protection. The outputs can be paired to increase the continuous current capacity.
- Current and voltage are measured for each output.

- Step for output current control: 100mA
- Wiper output: Dedicated output with wiper braking function
- +5V: Monitored 5V, 500mA output to power external sensors.
INPUTS:
- Analog inputs: 16 inputs, 10 bits resolution, 0-5V (protected), with software-selectable 10K

- CAN keyboard: 2 x Ecumaster keyboards (4, 6, 8, 12 keys).
