A high-performance intercooler developed by do88 that replaces the original intercooler and provides very good performance without you having to rebuild the whole car!

Made entirely of aluminum with cad designed flow-optimized cast tanks and carefully selected cell packages to achieve the best possible cooling effect together with the lowest possible pressure drop!
It is conceivable that the original intercooler was designed for the power the car had original and when the power is increased or when the car is used very hard in its original version, its performance is no longer sufficient. So even with increased boost pressure / software upgrade / chipping, our intercooler will provide improved performance!
The original intercooler has plastic tanks that cannot withstand higher charging pressures for long periods, which is why our intercooler also provides increased operational reliability.
A common misconception is that you can not get a good cooling effect from an intercooler with this location and that a front-mounted intercooler / FMIC would be much better. But in fact, the do88 high-performance intercooler is far much better than most FMIC installations where you only get room with cell packages with too small a cooling area and often also with a partially blocked air supply of e.g. crash beam, which in many cases can give a worse cooling effect than the original intercooler.
do88 high performance intercooler comes with all the necessary parts for mounting in a car.
The intercooler fits all S60 / V70 / S80 turbo models, both with and without sensor mounted on the intercooler outlet as this intercooler has a bracket for the sensor and is delivered with a cover for this bracket which is used when the intercooler is mounted on a car that does not have this sensor.
Mounting is done on original attachments.
Obs. When this intercooler is mounted on the V70 / S60 R, the small extra intercooler located in the front must be removed as it will no longer be connected.
On R models, it sits like a grille mounted directly in that intercooler. So if you want to keep a grille after you have removed the small R-intercooler, you must install your own grille. This is not a must, if it is not done, the hole in the bumper will be open into the AC condenser.
