SPD V2 are the latest check valves. These check valves come with a completely new construction that differs from all others on the market where the check valve is completely sealed and can withstand very high pressures and back pressures. These check valves are specially designed to handle all fuels and air. The non-return valve is developed to cope with ethanol, so internal components have been adapted for this. This is a full-flow construction that does not throttle the flow.

This check valve prevents fuel pressure from backing up before fuel pump two or three starts.

This non-return valve makes the car easier to start as it maintains the fuel pressure when the car is switched off.

Areas of use
Staged activation of fuel pumps
When using two or more fuel pumps that do not run all the time but are activated gradually, a non-return valve is mounted on these to prevent fuel from being pushed out the back way back to the fuel tank and making it harder for the primary pump to keep the pressure up.
Keep fuel in spreader bridge
When the engine is switched off, fuel slowly flows back to the fuel tank and the fuel bridge is emptied of fuel. This introduces air into the fuel system and makes the engine difficult to start. With a mounted non-return valve, there is always fuel left and the engine starts easily.

Jag använde två av dessa till mina 044a bränslepumpar för att inte en skall trycka genom den andra när jag kör pumparna i steg. En vid vardagskörning / mindre effekt och den andra kopplas på vid mer effekt.
Grymma backventilen om man skall ha två eller flera pumpar i bränslesystemet.
Denna har fungerat bra för mig. Den har hållt kvar bränslet i systemet för lättstartad bil längre än vad jag hade innan. cirka 30 min tar det innan jag måste dra längre på starten cirka.
