The adapter kit enables users connection of Volvo T T5 T6 engine series with a very durable and easy to buy BMW ZF GS6-53DZ gearbox. It is an ideal solution for motorsport as well as for people who want to change (convert) automatic gearbox (transmission) to manual.

Set includes:
- aluminum gearbox adapter plate
- custom flywheel
- Custom clutch fork pivot pin / Spherical pusher (BMW OEM 21 51 1 223 328) is included in the kit, with lets users adjust the BMW clutch fork (dedicated to owned gearbox type) to the custom flywheel
- necessary assembly screws

Manual
- An adapter is required to connect the engine to the gearbox.
- Use the flywheel / ring gear from the automatic version
- Tighten the flywheel to the same torque as OE, use a crankshaft bolts from Volvo
- The bearing and clutch fork remain from your gearbox. If you have a bearing with two height positions - use the 28.5mm position
- Replace the original custom pivot pin with the one from the kit.
- use a crankshaft position sensor from Volvo
NOTE!
Check article number on starter motor / flex plate if you already have this.
There are different starter motors and flex plates where the size differs.
